Hedgehogs are our youngest team and the fledgling members where we introduce the fundamentals and basics of hockey including the core skills of hockey through fun games. It is suitable for everyone and great to get children involved, although suitable for complete beginners as well.

Even if you’ve never tried hockey, don’t worry ‘cause we’ve got coaches for all levels. There are plenty of others at each level and once your ready we can move you onto the the Hawks team.

Hedgehogs – Ages 6 - 9

Not sure if you like hockey? Well no need to rush to buy all your kit, we have sticks of all sizes that you can borrow. But if you want to get into the club colours then we have a full range of junior sized kit available to order.

If you are keen on County, Regional or National Hockey we are linked to the EHB structure with the Junior Development Centres (JDC), Junior Academy Centres (JAC), and Junior Regional Performance Centres (JRPC). So we can help develop you into a Junior England Player. But for the Hedgehogs you'll have to wait until you gain some experience with the Hawks first.
